Manifold Removal?

I was looking at porting my own manifolds and wondered what is need to do this job? or if someone could give me a step my step instruction on the easiest way to do it? Also how do i get them off? do i need to pull the engine to get them cause if so then it will have to wait. are they reachable from the bottom of the car? Well i did a search on headers and i also wondered if someone could tell me how exactly to modify the mustang headers to fit my car? Whats yrs are the easiest to modify? Sorry for all the questions but i did a search and really couldnt find the answers to the questions i needed. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
