Has anyone ever heard of a substance called Lab-metal? I came across it today at my local hardware store. It comes in a can like stain and finish for wood come in. It spreads on like a paste and when it is cured it looks like lead. It's even heavy like it has lead in it. The package said that it contained aluminum. It's used for fixing cracks and bonding like epoxy.
