Yes or no answer on BHJ ballencer and UD pullies

I just bought a BHJ HB and UD pullies from SCP. I have been reading all this info about removing the old pins from the stock HB and putting them on the new BHJ. I was told it is all zero balanced so I don't need to worry about that. But now I am reading that those pins are there for other reasons. Basically, after reading all that info there are some that say use the pins and some that say don't. My question, do I use them or what? Also, I got a new bolt from Ford, can I re-use my washer or do I have to get a new one? Please clear this up for me. I don't want to put all this stuff on and have it fail on me again.

No place to put the pins on the BHJ, so toss them. Both the pulley and damper are balanced so now worries there.

You should not need a new washer as long as the old one did not get bent up.

I have about 8K on my BHJ and March UD's with out a problem, no pins - new bolt and washer. The only reason I bought a new washer was it was there and was cheap.
