parts needed to port supercharger

You will need a new intake elbow gasket (if you remove all of it as one assembly), new IC tube seal material (Ford ESE-M4G168-B from kit E9PE-6F091-AA) (or from supercoupeperformance.com).
And some anti-seize compound for the collar nut.
If you can get a copy of the Haynes Thunderbird/Cougar manual it has step by step instructions.

Take your time. If you have a digital/instant camera take pictures as you go. Keep everything clean. Bag and tag it as you go.

When appling the seal tape, DO NOT STRECH. Place about 1/8" from the back (inner) edge of tube seal surface and press it down as you you go. (it tends to wrinkle slightly on the inner edge, thats ok). Overlap about 1/4 ".

When assembling the tube sections ease them into place, and mate connections loosely until properly aligned and ready to tighten.

AFTER tightening collar, wait minimum 10 min. and tighten again.

When assembly is completed, start engine and check for vacuum
leaks. After reaching operating temp, (if no problems) turn off and let cool. Tighten again.

I didn't include all steps, but I hope this helps.
Get at least one good shop manual. I have several and bounce between them (sometimes they differ in context or diagrams)
