Any fitament issues with Kooks long tubes?

I just blew a head gasket on my '91, less than 20 miles after finally putting another tranny in it so I'm emptying my treasure chest. Any surprises when installing vintage Kooks long tubes?

How much longer do the O2s need to be?

Should I put the headers into the bay before the heads or it doesn't matter?

What about the steering shaft?

Can starter still be accessed?

Anything I didn't think of?

Thanks, Vernon

Vernon, Those are great questions... I am planning on taking out my mid-length headers for the full lengths when I swap my engine out.. If I get done before we hear back, I'll note everything and post pics..

However, if someone has already done so, let us know!! Also, has there been any definite gains to doing so?
