MAF Question

ok... I recall something about turning the MAF on it's side with a MAC CAI to get a better sample of air... I didn't even think about this after I put my MAC on until I noticed in a picture Bill McNeil posted on another site of his engine and I saw the turned MAF... Just wondering if it what I heard was true and if it makes a noticable difference?

If you have a bend right before the MAF it might help to spin the MAF a little. This is something you would have to test and see what position the car runs its best.

Car worked ok when I flipped the stock MAF. When I flipped the 76mm C&L I had problems getting the car to start.
