Leaking Supercharger snout.

Alright, went to put my SC on my car after it had been sitting on the floor on a piece of cardboard for a while. (I think it was slightly tipped; nose forward) and fluid was on the ground. Not a bunch but about a 5 inch diameter circle. It was obviously SC fluid and it was obviously coming out of the snout of the SC. It didn't leak on the car before, and when we checked the fluid while it was off, the fluid was empty! I don't get it. We put it back on and started it up, and I don't htink its leaking anymore. What could have caused this, and if it continues to leak, what can I do to fix it. Is there just a seal right behind the pulley or is it more complicated than that?

Yes the seal is just behind the pulley and you need to replace the seal sooner or later. You can keep topping it off with SC fluid (GMs is cheaper) but replacing the seal is pretty easy to do if you have good tools. Good luck
