Was wondering if anyone else out there has this situation? Not sure if I miss aligned something when swapping engines.

Rob,

When I installed underdrives mine got real close. I ended up grinding about 1/8" off one side of the IC tube retaining flange just to provide some clearance.

Hey Rob, I thought I had answered this one before but I guess not. I don't know if it is your prob but I had a problem with the IC flange hitting the alt pulley. All I had to do is flip the flange around and it didn't hit anymore. It is still close but it doesn't rub anymore. If you have the single core IC then it shouldn't hit if you can bolt the tube to the bracket under the alt.

Hey, I did answer this before, I guess you're just trying for some more posts.

Aaron,

Must not have seen your post. The flange on the IC is not touching the alt. it is actually the tube. I will take some pics tonight of it and post it tomorrow
