Ditto... Paul is very good - both in terms of sales and in terms of follow-up. He has knows alot about the cars and is willing to talk you through things both related and unrelated to your purchases. I know that I've received at least 3 phone calls from him over the past year (?) or year and a half with answers to questions that I've asked here on the SCCOA board, or that I've sent him in emails. He definately puts in the "wrench time" to take care of the SC guys.

Thought I'd post a recent good experience with Paul. Dealing with him was most excellent. He was helpful and seemed interested in providing great service. What made it special was that he is stuck in St. Louis en-route to Ca. No excuses, just made it happen. His price was the best I found and he even picked up the shipping for being a member of the SCCoA. Received 4 days after placing the order, and this was drop shipped from the manufacturer, so he doesn't waste any time. I will buy from Paul again if he sells what I need.

Paul is the best, I emailed him told him I was interested in a BHJ balancer, told him where I lived, he told me that he was going to be in that area over the weekend and that he would personally deliver it and save me shipping costs, didn't ask for gas money for traveling or anything, I cant even stress how great of a seller he is. I threw some extra money in the final price for traveling fees :-)

Paul is one of the 100% honest guys on this board, Gary kuhn and Wynn(tbird88) have to be the best and most honest guys I've delt with.

Comments: I first contacted Paul when the 5% pulley I had ordered from another vendor who I will keep nameless did not fit my supercharger. I had heard many great things about Paul's products and he also contacted me via pm to try to help me with my situation. I decided to order a 10% pulley from him and he was very considerate and quick with emails. After about a week and a half I had realized my pulley still wasn't here so I contacted Paul via email and he quickly replied saying that for some reason the product had been held up at UPS (they probably thought it was a bomb or something). After contacting UPS he was able to solve the problem in a timely manner as well as compensate me for the delay. Paul is excellent when it comes to customer service, probably the best I have dealt with when ordering parts for my supercoupe and I commend him for his efforts. Thanks Paul, I can't wait to install the pulley.

I recently purchased a BHJ balancer for my bird,and I could not be happier with it. I have been replaceing stock balacers for a living it seems (5 this past year) and my Bird has NEVER run better it seems that I have perfect timing now and my car has more balls than ever. All I can say is thank you Paul The man that has made my car fun to drive again!!!!! :D :D :D
