newbie with alot of work ahead!

hi there,just got a 90 sc and going to have to do some major repairs.it is smoking pretty bad and has low compression on one cyl.i was just wandering if someone can point me in the right direction in obtaining a a complete rebuild kit?i would love to go aftermarket and beef it up but just dont have the funds for it so just a cheap kit would do.if anyone has any input please post it or email me.also if you know of any cheap mods to do to the motor or as they say (free horsepower)please feel free to leave.also what flowmasters will fit on t-bird 2 1/4 x offset/center/inlet/outlet?thanks,and hope to hear from ya.csellers@columbus.rr.com

Do a search on flowmasters under the technical section,i know the numbers have been posted there, as far as the other questions you have ,i would post them on the technical board,you will get a lot more response there !
