Code tag on radiator support question

On an original SC, is that tag painted body color or is it clean metal? This is the tag with one bolt holding it down, to the left of the radiator, over the headlight.

They are all painted body color. I got a bunch of them from the early cars till the last of these bad birds.. Everyone is body colored.. I hope this helps you.....Rich

Thanks guys, that makes me feel better. I'm not exactly sure what parts of the car have been painted, or why, but I think only the passenger side. No real evidence of the front being painted except that tag had me wondering. Can't find sign of any body work, nor could a body shop. Just trying to figure out a little more about the car's history.
