Transmission fluid leak

I recently acquired a 35th anniversary with an AOD. I have a leak in the lines that go from the transmission to the radiator. The leak appears to be coming from one of the two sections of rubber hose in the lines. I am not very mechanically inclined yet (I got the car to learn) and I was wondering if there is any way to tighten these connections, or do I need to replace the lines? Where do I get them? Thanks for the help!

That seams to be a common problem because it happened to me also. You can not tighten them because they are clampped with the metal ends. I got some rubber trany hose and clamps from a trans shop and replaced those hoses on my car. In the meantime, keep an eye on your trans fluid level and the way its shifting b/c being low on fluid is a good way to blow a trans. Consider investing in a B&M or TruCool trans cooler the largest you can get (24,000 or 28,000 lb gvw) and bypass the 1 in the rad. Good luck
