H&R vs. Eibach with bilstein shocks?

I need to finally focus on my suspension and with my tax return I now have some extra cash to play with. I want to drop the car out of the sky as it currently sits but I dont want to loose much ride quality. For that reason, I think progressive rate springs would be best. I would prefer a more comfortable ride to a sporty-roadgripping ride. I am most likely going to use Bilstein shocks but I haven't yet decided on H&Rs or Eibachs. Are the H&Rs progressive like the Eibachs are? I heard that the H&Rs are a little lower. Is there really that much difference in ride between the two springs? I will also replace the rear isolators at the same time and maybe a few other suspension parts. Any input is appreciated.

I really like my Eibachs, especially if you are looking to keep the stock feel. Nice and smooth until you get into it, then it gets sporty.
