Who makes a seat upholstery kit for cloth seats?

I saw a really cool picture of JAFO's Cloth interior not too long ago. His seats are leather/vinyl from the headrest down to the tops of the side bolters, then it turns to like a tweed like material.

I don't care for leather too much, but the setup that JAFO's got is awesome!! It seems like it would be more durable as well.

I think he told me that the seats came like that in some 92 cars, but I have never seen one save for his that was like that.

I really need to do my interior in my 89 SC wgrey cloth interior. I would like to know if anyone has any information or know of any interior kits (no all leather kits) for our cars?
