trans help

need some acvise i have a 91 sc with a 5 speed my clutch went out so i took out my trans out and sent to a local trans shop because 2nd gear had been grinding for awhile when i got it back i put a new clutch pressure plate clutch disk throw out bearing pliot bushing and slave cylinder and had the flywheel turned now that its all back in and bled when i push in the clutch to go in to 1st or 2nd it grinds all of the other gears are fine the trans shop says i still have air in the slave cylinder i dont think i do anyone have any ideas what might be wrong.... mybe the clutch mastercylinder not putting out the right amount of pressure ..any help would be great thanks for the help
