Thermostat housing

While I was out cleaning the engine I noticed coolant residue on the top of the timing cover, and followed it to the stat housing. Probly my fault as I think I have a habit of leaning on the darn thing any one know of a heavier made one?

Have been thinking of a new radiator after seeing that "test" motor. How well would it work to put in a cross flow that goes full width but is shorter, allowing the IC to be mounted on top, also full width? Just dream'n. Any ideas.....

no, other than having one custom made thats all there is for the sc engine. there like 180 bucks at ford so don't brake it. if you over tighten it it will leak. i had to put mine on a belt sander to get a flat surface so it will seal right without having to sillicone the crap out of it. another tip is to let it dry COMPLETELY before filling it. tighter is not always better.
