Hi, I have a question regarding the boost gauge in my 95 SC. What should the gauge be reading for a stock SC when it is started and in park, and when it's in drive ?
Thanks. Steve.

You boost guage (stock) usually sits a little into VAC when the car is off. It should be directly on zero, but they all tend to become off with age.
In park at idle, your car should be well into VAC, around 10 or so.

shouldn't it be more like 15-18 in park running?

On my '90 the gauge sits just a hair into vac with the engine off. Since doing the recent HG replacement work, I'm at 20 or 22 inHg vac... man this whore sucks!
...I don't even know whether this is good or bad.
But I get between 12 and 14 lbs at full boost with a stock pulley, so I think something is working right.
Cheers,

Sorry, I haven't driven my car since October.
I keep think the VAC goes in the same incriments as the boost.
yeah, closer to 20 is what I meant.
