Idle problems

Having some idle problems after i gutted my ac compressor and swapped batteries. Thought it might be the 70mm MAF buggin the computer during the relearn process. But changed back to normal battery and MAF and still did it. It only does it in park or nuetral but seems like ive loss a little bit of power (could only pull 9.6 in the 1/8 sunday). But if any one has any advice or input its very welcome.

You sure you didn't bump a sparkplug wire when working on the A/C? could be a intermittant connection now on one of the wires causing a weak spark in one of the cylinders.

Im pretty sure thats not it, but i will check it to make sure, I just read through some other poeples threads on the same problems more often than not they say its the IAC. Gonna check it.
