Is there any problems running the SC flywheel on the back of a NA 3.8L, to convert it to standard?

I have swapped in the M5R2 into my MN12 bird, now I got to get the motor done and dropped in. I am pretty sure that flywheel will work but I just wanted to ask the expert's :D :). So will that flywheel work?

Thanks.

Won't work, the SC 3.8 is the only zero balanced 3.8 I know of. The other 3.8 Fords are 28 oz. imbalance like 289W's and 351W's. If you're going to run a stock iron grinder base, uh I mean flywheel, you need to get one out of a late eightys to mid nineties F150 with a 5.8 and five speed (M5OD). This will have the correct balance and 164 tooth ring gear but I don't know if your 3.8 starter will work. Might have to use a SBF starter. I suggest a lighter wieght flywheel, even a steel one from Mc Leod weighs less than the truck unit.
