I put a new brake system in but the sensor in the bottom of the brake reservoir is missing from it. The old reservoir has it still there. Can it be removed and how. if not what problem will it missing cause.

does any need any brake part i have the whole unit with a bad master cylinder

What ABS unit is it?

Is this the Teves Mark II ('89 thru '92 SC)
or
is this the Teves Mark IV ('93 thru '95) ???

the sensor tells you when your low on fluid i would try to change the resivoir it should maybe have a bolt or split pin holding it and just pry it out of the rubber mounts

And if you don't transfer the switch over to the new reservoir the ABS System will be nonoperational since there is a failsafe low level protect function that prevents the ABS Pump from being damaged from lack of brake fluid supply.
