What are my options for a track setup?... something that allows me to go round bend? (left and right)

What stock components will stay there, and what is changed?

I'm looking for something that will give me a 1 - 2 inch drop, and be quite stiff.
 
Is this to be a daily driver also, or strictly track?

Daily driver as well, then get the Eibach springs. If track or daily, go with the Koni adjustable shocks, deleting the ARC shocks.

Then probably Poly knuckle bushings, new rubber suspension arm bushings.

Just track, get beefy sway bars from Addco. Daily Driver, get upgraded Sway Bars, but don't get the biggest.

Bigger wheels, and bigger brakes, especially up front. Go to 13" rotors and dual or quad piston calipers up front. Look at retrofitting the larger Cobra brakes on the rear.
 
The car will be used on the streat, but only when its nice out and on weekend... not realy to be the daily, more a weekend car that will be used time to time at the track.

what are the diffrances in the Eibach springs and the Koni adjustable shocks?
