My website and email have been hacked. The service I am using is a free service and I suppose it was inevitable since this service has become so poor in security and service since it's ownership has changed. If anyone has received any inappropriate emails, and I am not sure of that yet, please disregard and accept my apologies. I will be changing hosting services as soon as I can. Until then, I will function as best I can until the changeover. I emptied my address book to help minimize any problems. I ask for your understanding and patience for any future problems with the Registry until the change.
Thank you all and my best to you.

I've blocked the email of this guy who snuck in through a back door for now. It doesn't seem that much else has gone on. I will be getting a different service soon. I have needed to anyway since the site has grown way larger and faster than I thought and would have had to move anyway. :-)
Thanks for the support.
Have a great week all.
I'd imagine that's the usual growing pains of a good site. Kind of like how imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Well, I don't know, something like that. Might was well get something positive out of it. ;)

Lance,
Thanks for posting what is going on. You
have a GREAT site, I have visited it a few times, and I found a bunch of good info there.
I just wanted to say, great site, and that I'm sorry to hear that some idiot is trying to screw it up.
Do you have a step by step on how to replace head gaskets on your site?
I am replacing the head gaskets on my SC and I was thinking about doing a how to page, to save some fellow SC'ers some $$$$
Let me know what you guys think of the idea.

Thank you for the kudos and the understanding about the site. I am close to my limit with the free service that I need to go somewhere anyway. The growth has been great but has surprised me so I need to prepare for more.
Tim, I haven't changed the HG's myself and to be honest at this point right now, I would have my favorite mechanics do it for me if I needed it done. But I would be more than happy to put the text of the procedure into a Registry page for the tips section for people to refer to. If you, and anyone else as well, were to put one together, email it to me and I'll review it for posting. It's definitely something that many would do on their cars to save money and to learn. I'm glad people find the Registry site useful for them.
Have a great week all.
