Firm Ride / Auto Ride question

Hey everyone,

I just bought a 90' SC and there is a slight problem with the firm ride/auto ride suspension. It has to stay on firm ride all the time since the auto ride doesn't work. I was wondering if this feature would pose a problem when I go to change the springs and shocks. I'll eventually want to lower the car a bit and I don't want to screw anything up because of this feature.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

So your saying the ride control doesn't go into FIRM at all when you leave it in the AUTO position, regardless of how "hard" you turn/steer? Mine actually has the opposite problem- it only works in AUTO... Might be a problem with the switch in both our cases.

If you change the shocks to anything other than the Tokiko Illumina II's, you will lose the ARC feature.
