Coolant in oil

Got the motor out now and heads are off and I'm pretty sure that the head gaskets were fine, don't really see where all the water is coming from. Some one mentioned once that the SC motor can develope a coolant leak somewhere else(other than the oil cooler). I havn't finished the teardown yet so if anyone has any comments/suggestions what to look for please comment.

I believe it has been mentioned that coolant passages exist within the cover for the timing chain which can leak coolant into the system.

Else, perhaps some form of damage to the oil intercooler?

If you are getting coolant into your oil and you don't think its your head gasket(probably not, it usually burns if HG is gone) then yes, it most likely is coming from your timing chain cover!!!! There are 2 coolant passages there, one on each side of water pump!! I recently had this leak, but luckily for me it was leaking out and not in!!!!! I hope this helps!!!!!!Good Luck
