another problem

well heres another problem............After going on the advice of some people I cut the #14 wire on the IRCM so the fan would run on the time for cooling. Didnt really seem to affect the car. I removed the air silencer and now I have PROBLEMS the car wont stay running I took it out and when I went to step in the throttle the boost gauge went up but their just wasnt any power. So now I'am really confused and a whole bunch of pissed off. I'am I just missing something did I do something wrong whats the deal? Has anyone else encounterd this problem?

what is the IRCM?

the air silencer removed cant hurt did you plug mass air flow back in ? or could maf be dirty ? or try unhooking battery and reset it mine idled fast when i added bigger tb until i unhooked battery ircm i thought was integrated relay conrol module it controls fan and power to ecm main control module
