Motor Mount PICS, are these normal?

These are pics of my OEM Gel mounts, the metal ear inside the square metal cage seems to be pretty low, yet the rubber doesn't seem to be collapsed and in general looks like it is in good shape. Just wondering if these look normal or are they getting to low? Thanks ....

Toast

That first pic you post the Mount looks toast. A good was yo tell is put a two by four on you jack and lift the motor from the oil pan . . . have somebody up top watching the cowl . . . or do it slowly and check, if the mount separates of lifts alot then it is done.

Here is a pic of when I installed the Anchor brand liguid filled mount.

Notice how it hits the travel bumper limiter thing-a-ma-bob.

I haven't had any trouble with my liquid mounts, but most on this board recommend solid mounts. I think yours look about half shot. If you can take pics of the mounts then you must have everything out of the way. In this case I would change them now while it's easy.
