balancer wobble?

Well I fixed the oil leak, the balancer bolt was almost all the way out of the crank! I put some black rtv on the washer and some lock tight on the bolt and put it back in, but at an idle the pulley still has a very slight wobble to it. What should I do, should I change the pulley and balancer? Is this going to destroy the rotating assembley or screw anything else up internally if it is not changed immediately? The car seems to be running great, I can't feel any vibrations. Is this hard on the internal bearings?

Yes, a wobble is certainly indicative of an eminent failure. Replacement with the BHJ unit as pictured below is certainly your best bet. Click HERE for detailed pics.

If people hit the search button they would not be asking this question.

You need to change that damper. If you got an oil leak from the keyway and the crank bolt had backed out then THE DAMPER IS TOAST. It has definately begun walking around on the snout and getting ready to toss the main pulley on the front antisway bar.

A stock unit is all you need if you plan on running a lightly modded car.
