Connecting custom intercooler tubes

Has anybody got a suggestion for connecting to our blower outlet, and air return plenum when using custom tubes?
I may machine some collares, but maybe there is something availible already that just needs modifying instead of doing it from scratch

You could just weld a small peice of pipe to the end of it and then use hoes to connect to it.
