Clutch/Tranny problems

My clutch has become increasingly difficult to engage because the amount of travel that actually moves the car has been getting shorter and shorter. Now the clutch has just dissappeared and won't even disengage. It does engage but once I let my foot off, the car will barely move. Me and my friend decided to bleed the clutch system and when we went to tighten the bleeder screw, the fluid was still pouring out (not through the bleeder screw hole, but through the bell housing)!!!. Now the car is sitting with a clutch that will now not engage at all. What could the problems be? I figure the clutch went at first and now after bleeding it the slave cylinder is cracked or something. What do you guys think?

my friends probe had the same problem and it turned out to be the throughout bearing.

my guess is the slave cylinder. are you going through alot of fluid?those exact symptoms happened to me and it was the slave cylinder. it started by adding a little each day until it was taking alot and i would have to pump the clutch pedal to get it to release.

Slave Cylinder is bad. You will need to drop the tranny!
