well my problem with my kvr rotors is solved--After about 4000mi my 4 kvr rotors and pads all had some grooves in them and were performing like crap--so I got new pads from kvr and sent it to the shop--they turned the rotors put new calipers on and the new pads in --when they were done the car was making an awful thump thump thump to be felt through the whole car . Well after a second shot turning the rotors the problem was worse.
turns out the cut blades of there machine catches slightly on some of the vent whole and leaves an ever so slight ridge. My rs rotor had 1 ridge on a set of holes and my Lf rotor had 2 rigdes--this caused the loud thump. At any rate be carefull when turning these rotors -find some1 who knows what there doing!
The machine shop would not offer any responsibility and I am stuck with ruined kvr rotors
