posting pictures

I have a vacuum line that isn't attached to anything. A co-worker took pictures of it for me and emailed them to me. They display in the contents of the email but the attached files will not display them individually. They show to be jpeg files. When I click on one and click to display it, picture viewer comes up but the picture doesn't display. All help is appreciated. I've never played with pictures on my computer before. Also, they are too large to post here.

How do I view (open) the individual pictures?

How do I down size the file sizes?

How do I move the files from email to this board?
