Just curious as to if anyone here has ever done a rebuild on their supercharger - and if so - where they bought the parts and what special tools they needed (if any) and how long it takes to do this type of thing....

please advise...

SC rebuild...

Do a search of all the forums for the topic you are asking about.

Yes, you can rebuild the M90 yourself, but you will have to have access to a press to remove and install certain bearings (snout bearing and rotor bearings I believe).

As far as I know, the only thing that cannot be "rebuilt" are the rotors themselves. If they are bad (i.e. gouged, broken, etc.) then you may as well toss it as I do not believe there are any replacements available.

It's not that hard to do just finding all the parts need that the hard part you can get all the barings just you can not get the seals on the roters.

Has anyone removed the rear bearings? removing those... will this allow me to press out the two rotor shafts which the gears are on. What is used to remove the two rear bearings in the rear?

Thanks.
