I dont come to this site often but that this might be something some of you SC guys would be interested in. Im only helping out with this as I would really like to see them made. I will try to answer questions the best I can but it might be best to post over on TCCOA.com

"Okay guys....I'm really tilting at windmills with this, but here goes......

Made by a very high quality manufacturer:

a set of linear springs slightly stiffer than Sports with a .75-1.00" maximum drop...
for around $150.00 + shipping. Would any of you be interested?

Please don't "what if" the configuration or ask for a progressive design - their pogoing tendency
(yes even the really high quality ones) is unacceptable. Please don't ask for a larger drop....
the idea is to minimize the bottoming out tendency. I'm not interested in hearing how you have
a 4" drop and have never bottomed out - if that's your setup and experience, more power to you.....

The major problem with this deal is that we need to pre order 50 sets and I realize
the odds of that happening are pretty much slim to none. I just thought I'd get an
idea how many people would be seriously interested - in like putting up your money
immediately should that magic number be attained....."

Currently we have about 15 people on TCCOA interested. We need more.

Looks like I'm moving to what is hopefully a relatively speed-bump free area and will be doing a lot of expressway driving. Good chance I'll be interested, provide more details please.

More info:

Just thought I'd let everyone know that I confirmed the details and
general specs, packaging, and shipping options on these springs....
we can get exactly the spring configuration as described....

I wanted to double check that there would be no last minute surprises.

We can get the springs we want........., if we can just get orders
for fifty sets!!! Looks like we have approximately 24 sets spoken
for...if you are seriously interested, please don't wait.....let me
know if you would order a set should we reach orders for fifty of them... ]

once these 50 sets are sold....THAT'S IT...... the
manufacturer will NOT be offering these sets
for sale himself.

The ONLY way we could get them again, would be to order.....
ANOTHER 50 sets!!!!

If Interested, Please check out TCCOA.com because that is where all the updates are happening, Im just relaying info.

Thanks,
Jeremy

I'm in, I've added my name to the list on the TCCOA.

Haven't recounted, but it looks like we will hit 50 pretty easily.

The reason I've never lowered my car is that I don't care for the looks well enough to deal with bottoming out every time I enter my garage, or not being able to drive around because the snow is higher than my car sits. A one-inch drop (or less) would be sweet, and let me get bigger tires on my stock wheels without looking like Bigfoot. If this flies, my thanks to you.

I would like a set.

But will this be like some other group buys where we would need
to wait 3months or more, before shipment.

Do you have a shipping date.Or will it be excuse after excuse why
they can't make or ship.

Got 50 some time ago, think they said that there would be extras available though... cost unknown. The springs are just going into production the end of this month. ... oh yeah, and the drop is .75

I believe there are extra sets that will be available... actually... chances are if there are not extra sets, some one of the 60ish people that have already paid might be willing to part with theirs.
