Please keep in mind that this is my daily driver. I would like to have a higher RPM peak than the stock cam which seems to run out of steam at about 4k rpm or so. I don't want a lopey idle though, at most, slightly noticeable. I got to thinking also about roller rockers. Would a higher ratio rocker arm allow more lift and more air flow in without changing the cam?

Thanks

Phil

Yes, they will. That might be a good way to go. Should still have good driveabilitly, and you don't have to pull the front timing cover off. I'd reccomend some 1.8" non-adjustable pedistal type rockers. I'm pretty sure a 351C application will work.

i used 1970 boss 302/351 trans-am style non-adjustable roller rockers on my sc but i had to surface grind the sides and height of the pedestal mounts to convert them from english to metric to bolt on the sc head

i forgot to note the boss 302/351 rocker ratio is 1.73 like the sc rockers
