Not Starting?

About 4 months ago I wrecked my 94 SC. Right after I got hit I cranked it up and pulled it off the road. Then when it got it towed to my house it would not crank. Im just now starting to fix all the damage, and dont know why it will not crank. It will not turn over at all, I can hear the fuel pump then when I try to start it, it does nothing. The battery is good, I try tapping the starter to see if it might of got locked up on the flywheel, but nothing. I thought it might be the starter relay fuse but have not check it yet.

this could be a number of things. one time I had this problem and could not figure it out it was driving me crazy I checked for current it was good I had a complete circuit both solenoids were working yet i could not get my starter to work. turns out it was a bad connection the negative on the starter solenoid would shake itself loose.
