Kansas City area SC mechanic, anyone?..

I was hoping someone knew of a good SC mechanic who could help a lady in the Kansas City area. She is having a non start problem and can't seem to find a mechanic who knows what the problem is. She has already replaced the starter, ignition switch, and other items from a mechanics recommendation and now he just gives up on her. Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.
