I originally posted that on my one stock 91 auto a vibration began to emerge around 5 mph.
Later....although it didn't become noticeable at higher speeds, I noticed if I took my foot on and off the peddle while going say 70, that a quick resonance would come and go as I put my foot on and off the gas.
So what I would do is just keep my foot on the gas and no problems.
But then I once put the car in neutral while going about 70 and the entire dash shook pretty bad....so I knew something was really off.
I checked the driveshaft was not falling off....tightened all bolts after putting in new U-joints.
Now the problem was actually more noticeable.
Now about 3 months later....the vibration at 50 is gone and replaced with an annoying noise that you would swear is a front tire rubbing on a loose piece of wheel well plastic.
Funny thing...if you take a right hand turn at any speed, I just found out the noise goes away.
Is my rear end shot?...or is this bearings? I had real bad bearings in one car and never had any vibrations like this.
