Just got a used motor today...

I got it for $200, from someone who knows nothing about the motor. He got it from a friend who had a '90 SC auto. It has a little over 200K miles on it. The block itself looks like it's in good shape.

I was wondering if it's worth rebuilding the block with hi-po parts, so should I just use it as a donor block for spare parts?

If it's worth rebuilding the entire motor w/ hi-po parts on, what's the best way to rebuild - take it all apart, down to the crank and build my way up, or just concentrate on the top-end of the block?
