Torque specs

can anyone tell me where to find the torque specs for doing a re-build... like the rod bolts, main bolts, head bolts, oil pan, rocker arms ect.... can anyone post them ?

i was gonna buy shop manual but i dont have a credit card yet and my gay parents wont buy one over the net.. thx guys

Chilton or Haynes manuals in any auto parts store will have it.
