No Fuel Pressure and Clicking Sound

Rebuilt motor and installed brand new 42# FMS injectors and 190 lph fuel pump. When key is on, there is a clicking/clunking sound coming from the area where the airbox is (I had the #14 wire cut with the previous motor and it was fine, so that can't be it).

I can hear the fuel pump running, but there is 0 fuel pressure. I can't run any codes because the computer never gets done running through the startup process.

Any ideas?

Ticking means a busted relay. Start checking those and make sure you find which it is. I know there is a relay for the fuel pump, but that isnt in the IRCM near the airbox, i think it is up where the ABS relay is.

What is the best way to check the relays? Just use a volt meter and make sure each wire is getting current, or is there something like a fuse that I can check?
