K I have an odd request for you guys in the know about these cars.

Im using a 1990 M90 out of a Supercoupe in my custom charger set up, im way over boosting right now and need to slow the whole lot down a bit, I was wondering how much bigger the 94-95 pullies are as ive been told they are larger also has anyone ever built a bigger pully?, I know its backwards of what you guys want to try do but my OEM crank pulley is large and there is no underdrive pullies for my crank available.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

if anyone has a 94-95 stock pulley available feel free to contact me.

Many thanks

Here are the pulley sizes and ratios for the SC's.

Crank is 6.9909" Dia.
Small jackshaft 3.9789"
Large jackshaft 4.9338"

SC pulleys:

94-95 3.275"
89-93 3.135"
5%OD 2.935"
10%OD 2.850"

Drive ratios:

1.5248 LG to 95SC pulley
1.5737 LG to 89SC pulley
1.681 LG to 5% pulley
1.743 LG to 10% pulley

1.7569 SM to Crank pulley

LG is the larger pulley on the jackshaft
SM is the larger pulley on the jackshaft
They are 1:1 SM to C * LG to ? ratios to get final drive

Nice project you have there.

Put your request for a '94-'95 pulley on the WTB board, I'm sure there are a number of guys who are willing to unload because most have either gone to the '89-'93 size for more boost or the 5%. I'd sell you mine, but I need to hold on to the complete set for the moment (I've got them all, '94-'95, '89-'93, 5%, 10%) because I'm not sure which will work best on my setup once my engine is done.

It's probably a 10% I don't think that they make anything else.

If someone needs a custom size pulley pulleyboys.com makes them for $90 a piece any size you need.
