Jim,

With your double intercooler, do you have any fan running to cool air?

I am in the process of put it on my car and I have the fan but it will not fit.

Yes I got a fan pulling cool air through it.
I got my fan from Summit Racing in Reno its a little bigger than the intercooler I made couple shrouds out of aluminum and bolted it to them works great ;)

What kind of double intercooler did you get? or did you have yours custom made?

I got my double intercooler from SPC and a few other stuffs. I want to use my old fan MN12 Performance (which i have it a few years) but my mechanic told me that the fan might not work with the double intercooler. What do you think?? I really want that fan on my double intercooler.

If you got it from MN12 Performance.
"IT WILL WORK" I think your machanic thinks the fan goes in front of the intercooler "NO" it goes right in back where the power stering pulley is mine has 1/2 inch clerance between the fan and Power stering pulley.

I have a MN12 IC fan plus a pusher fan in front with my ESM double IC. I also have some corrigate stainless steel hoses (plumbing supply: toilet) coiled in the upper and lower tanks. One of these days i'm going to buy one of those CO2 bottles and spray heads and run the CO2 through my IC before going to the spray head in front of the IC.
