Bad bucking problem, all of the time -boost or not

OK, forgive me but I sometimes forget the basics in the SC world. Car runs fine when cold gets to operating temp, starts bucking under throttle, pull over and listen to engine, sounds like a real wild cam in there (up,down,up,down). Shut engine off, wait a few minutes, start back up and runs fine. Continue driving the rest of the day with no problems.

It's the cam sensor, right?

Sounds like plug wires.

That's exactly what it was when mine did that. Wires looked fine, but were broken inside the boot.

Had something similar when the MAF plug was loose, but not as bad.

Hi Bill
Where is the MAF located on the SC?
Thanks

Wow talk about dead posts.

It's the aluminum thing on the aircleaner lid with the 4 wire plug on it.
