When is winter gonna end???? D@mn that groundhog for being right. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm sick of this snow. I'm in central/south jersey and only got an inch today but I just looked out the window and I see it snowing again. I feel sorry for those of you more up north, getting about a foot of snow. Never been so happy that the weather guys were wrong in saying I was suppose to get about 2 feet of snow. Is it EVER gonna stop??? Do you know how much it SUCKS having to work outside in this weather in a theme park where its suppose to be nice and sunny and warm and happy?????? Instead I'm driving a van around in the park running into everything. And did I tell you I hit a curb the other day in the SC and a piece of the ground effects popped off?? AHHHHHH, sorry, just complaining, I have nothing better to do right now.

16" so far where I live on Long Island and it's still snowing as of 12:00pm. I hate NY. Was going to go to the track this weekend. I guess not. Going south as soon as I can.

Where the heck do you live?? Can you imagine how much I would have complained if I got that much? I know we were suppose to get around 2 feet originally, thank god we didn't get it, I would've really been b$tchin!

All I have to say is Ha Ha it missed me. I live in the range that they were calling for 24" to 30" and all we got was about 4 inches. It was deep enough though I got stuck in my driveway and had to wait for my dad to come with his truck to pull me out. It is time for spring to come. I hate plowing snow.

You people DID get some snow! How does greater NYC function when you get that much? Does everyone still get around ok and get to work? Obviously, the stock market still goes during those times. How's the city's snow removal equipment? Adequate? Lousy? It DOES make a difference, especially with so many people where you live.
Don't feel too bad. I live in an area of PA with winters very similar to Buffalo. In my hometown we've had 150" (12.5 feet!) of snow since Nov 15. People still get around because this isn't all too uncommon and we have good snow removal machines. Three of our top five snowiest winters of ALL TIME have come in the last EIGHT years. What is this?
I'll bet you can't wait for the Yanks and Mets to start up again...that'll be a sign it's over.
Take care, all.

Yeah I live about 30 miles north of Albany.31", its hard to believe but man it sucks.Every little intersection I just have to keep edging out to see if there is a car because the snow banks are so high...man I want spring so bad.
Rumor has it Lake Placid got about 3 feet this weekend and whiteface is insane.A few guys left school halfway through today to take the 3hr trip and go skiing. Is it just me or is skiing in 3ft+ of snow a little dangerous?
take care

I am a new sc driver and have found that ANY bit of moisture isn't good, no less 4 or 5 inches of snow. It's just better at that point to leave the SC behind. Although it all depends on your meaning of fun and if you like to have the rear-end twitch.
