i'll be there..i was the only SC last year so i better not be only one this year..lol.....I parked the car at the car show last year...but i never entered. This year i will and maybe get something for it. I got quiet a few mods than last year. I wish i could instal my 42lb injectors beforei go but i'm still looking for a MAF to match.

Why don't you just get a chip? :p

i think the maf would be easier. and cheaper. Where would i get a chip for that. Its a 92 sc 5 speed. It got a bunch of other intake stuff so i figured that would be the best route to take. how much do chips go for?

do you think its nessasarry to get a chip...or can i just get a new MAF calibrated for the 42lb injectors. I want whats best right now because the stock unit isn't flowing enough air. I have a 75mm TB and it cant suck enough air through the stock MAF. I'm leaning out at WOT at the track and its killing my times. The old 30lb injectors just cant keep up at full throttle and when the nitrous is flowing.

i dont think you need to get a chip or tuner
the car should run fine if the mass air flow is properly calibrated
but to do so you must have an aftermarket unit
I think c+l are the most affordable units
the tuner or chip are a more accurateway to do it at a cost
on a budget>? wanna buy my c+l 73mm and Ill upgrade to a new one?

ya i'd do that...bring it to FFW and i'll take it off your hands. How much? I hope it'll flow enough to go with the 75mm TB. Whats it calibrated for right now? Or should I wait and get a 76mm...or will it not make a difference between the 73 and 76?

i would have to get a new 1 b4 i just yank mine off and hand it over--the 73mm cl flows 700cfm which is supposed to be good to 400hp--but im not sure on blown application--the 76 cl flows closer to 800cfm but there are no exact numbers listed
I can assure that the 73 flows alot more than the stock units
early-500cfm late-550cfm
I have the 30lb and 38lb. sample tube--so you would need the larger 42 lb tube. I would be willing to order my new mass air and also get the 42 lb. tube for you at the same time
the new tube alone is 40.- Ill give you the whole thing for 100 cash --let me know Josh

ya i'll do that...and i'll deff. be there at FFW to make the deal. I just didn't want to get a 73 when i might be better off with a 76mm. I know anything flows more than stock, but with my 75mm TB i might be better off with the larger MAF to match. I;m going to call professional products today and see what their TB flows and i'll make up my mind like that. But it sounds like we got a deal..i'll let you know for sure though.
