just wanted to say thanks to those who helped
I got my new blower\plenum\injectors installed
and vacuum lines squared away
the car actually seems to run\idle better now
although only pulling 14 hg vacuum at warm idle
according to the in car gauge
I just gotta figure out how to use the eec tuner now and down load a file into it
