Just a FWIW to the guys local to my area and within an hour or so...
There are 2 big car shows (unjuried) every month that I attend with my SC fairly regularly;
EVERY 2nd Saturday, 4 p.m. ish till ? -CANAL STREET , NEW SMYRNA BEACH. Up to 600 cars peak, spred over ~10 blocks. They tend to be picky about what is allowed for show here, Kevin has had to argue with them a bit to get his stock SC in. Very good crowds in nice weather.
EVERY 4th Saturday of each month at the VOLUSIA MALL, next to Sears autocenter (facing International Speedway Blvd.).4 p.m. setup also. Pretty much anyone is allowed to bring their car in here regardless of make/condition.
I know Kevin Haynes and JJ , as well as XR7 owner Brad Mason (last I heard he was selling it and he doesn't participate in this forum) have joined me at the Canal Street show before. Anyone willing to make the drive from even an hour away in good weather wouldn't be dissapointed.
I just wanted to let everyone know, because for the past 3-4 years I have often been the only SC at some of these local shows, and it gets lonely sometimes ('sniff'sniff). Cheers all.
