Is anybody using either?
How do they compare to Centerforce and McCloud?
How are they working for you?

Just trying to get some info guys. Thanks for any responses.

Kirk, haha, funny running into you over here.

Ask Bill, he was doing research latley on the Spec as well as the others. He may be of some help to you.

I run the Spec stage 3 in my car. It isn't an SC but it is a TC. I have a much smaller disc in my car and it holds great when I launch on slicks. It really grabs hard but is very driveable and has a light pedal.

Check here for Spec clutches. He seems to have the best prices around. He can get the hole Spec inventory. Just email him for pricing.

spec

I run a spec stage III and its the third car ive run spec on and its beautiful!!! They are known for having a happy medium between holding mad amounts of torque and HP and also have a smooth engagement. Ive also run ACT and they are great for straight drag but they suck in traffic belive me! try a spec and you will not be sorry.

If you are gonna buy a SPEC clutch go to corral.net and look in the classifieds under driveline. There is a guy there artsparts I believe, he is suppost to get real good deal on SPEC stuff. He gave me a price for SPEC stage ll shipped to my door at $325.

I got a Spec stage III for 305.00 shipped.

accepts money orders or certified checks only. Very good service. The clutch is drop shipped to you so you receive it very quickly.

Stage II would be under $290.

Thats for the 90 which is smaller diameter. I talked to Specs technical department and they felt the smaller clutch was better since it is lighter and holds almost as much torque.

540lbs for the 90 clutch and 550lbs for the 94.

For another $79 they can lighten it up more. Should be 10% less from Clutch Depot.
