If you guys see the one that is finished in person it looks 10 times better. Take about 6-8 hours each to do. The one on the left is just about finished. The middle one is sanded to about 180 (I think) and the one on the right was hit with the Dremel and a sanding drum to get most of the paint off.

I thought about offering to do this for the rest of you for a decent price  what that would be I still don't know:confused:

:D Its cool, I don't do business with homos, so it works out for both lol

You provide tensioners, I do the rest. I spend about 25-30 bucks of sand paper, then about ~10 bucks of mud, then ~10 bucks in metal polish, wear and tear on my flap wheels, bench grinders and dremmel....thats about 50 bucks in material alone. Plus it takes about 6-8 hours each to do, times 3 is about 18-24 hours of work. Take into account that you are hiring a mexican, so the labor is pretty cheap and the answer is I don't know yet:D But since some of ya'll have been easy on me with parts or labor, I'll be easy on you.

I'm going to do the same thing w/the extras I picked up from Ryan. Why didn't you use Aircraft paint remover to get off the paint? Anyways...are you going picking up a set of polished pulleys too.

The pulleys didnt look as good as I thought they would, Val. There are some circulating from BTM that look pretty badass! I might get those if bearings arent an issue. I didnt use the aircraft paint remover thing cuz I was too lazy to go get some. So I dipped them in carburator dip and most of the paint came off with a razor blade. I used the drum rolls on them to get the rest off and to sand down the casting flaws.
