Follow the link to the turbobuick web BBS. About 3 posts into it they begin the discussion of forming a corporation, listing their car as corprate property to prevent NYPD from seizing the vehicle in a street race. Would this work?/Is it worth the hassle?

Purely hypothetical, I don't live anywhere near Queens, and I don't street race.

It figures - my FORD friends already approached me about doing something similar. I won't get into the specifics, but its extremely complicated, and there are big liability issues (ie - one guy street races, crashes and kills someone; the other "shareholders" can potentially be held liable personally for the $$$ damages). Would YOU want to share insurance with street racers?

My legal advice? Fuggetaboudit!
